Slotted tank
Puleo slotted tank presses have a very large drainage area, which provides fast pressing of red marc, and gentle pressing of white aromatic varieties where minimal skin maceration and contact time is vital.
Sizes from 800L to 15,000L are available, with built in compressors for stand alone operation (optional on SF70 and larger models), wheels for mobility (optionally motorised on SF70 and larger) and four standard and eight customisable pressing programs along with full manual operation.
A high polish level simplifies sanitation, Siemens PLC and control panel ensures reliability, while pneumatic doors with staged opening during unloading allow shorter times between cycles.

Closed tank
Closed tank presses will handle any kind of fruit with a minimum of fuss and more importantly a minimum of oxidation to juice and wine. Puleo closed tank presses take oxidation control a step further with an affordable inert gas coverage system optional throughout the range.
Sizes from 800L to 44,000L are available, with built in compressors optional up to the HL100, four standard and eight customisable pressing programs along with full manual operation.
The Siemens PLC is reliable and flexible enough to accomodate any vintage, while pneumatic doors with staged opening during unloading, axial feed and optional pneumatic fast deflation valve speed up cycle time.
