Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, this destemmer is made up of a large loading hopper with feeder auger, a rotating drum and a crushing section with rubber rollers. A mechanical joint is used to unhinge the rollers for straight destemming

For use with the Zambelli EMME 120 & ELLE 80 Destemmers.

Situated under the destemmers these units collect the destemmed only or

destemmed / crushed grapes and feed a must pump.

Featuring a geared motorized auger (0.5Hp) this unit is on wheels for

easy movement. This unit can be used to empty red fermenting tanks.
