It is specially made to reducr machining time and to avoid overheating of the dough - a speical timer is fitted to program automatic stopping once the required machining time is reached.? All components of the machine that are in touch with the dough are made of stainless steel.
The electric power can be either single or three phase and the option of a two speed motor is available.
